Chef Melissa “Goi” Long is the acclaimed talent and heart behind Goi Express Thai. Renowned for her originality, Chef Goi first earned national recognition in The New York Times’ “Fusion Hot & Cold” (2005) for her creative blend of Japanese techniques and bold Thai flavors at the highly regarded Teak restaurant in Red Bank, NJ.
Her culinary artistry has delighted a distinguished array of diners, from food enthusiasts to celebrities such as Jon Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Maury Povich, and Wanda Sykes. After selling Teak to David Bryan of Bon Jovi, Chef Goi brought her imaginative cuisine to California, opening Goi Express Modern Thai Cuisine.
